Policies govern operations, instruction, business services, employment and administrative matters throughout our district including the activities of Bakersfield College, Cerro Coso Community College and Porterville College.
As a result of a nationwide vacatur decision regarding the 2024 Title IX Regulations, the District is in the process of revising and adopting new Title IX policies. Title IX complaints will be processed in accordance with the 2020 Title IX Regulations.
