Screening Committee Training

EEO Screening Committee Training Registration Links (45 min duration)

Kern Community College District Screening Committee Training is a 1-hour training that prepares
employees to serve on hiring committees. The training will cover topics like Equal Employment
Opportunity, confidentiality, potential biases, and the recruitment process.

Completed training is valid for 2 years. Valid training completion is required for an employee to serve on a
screening committee with KernCCD.
