Welcome to the Kern Community College District (KCCD/Kern CCD) Management Association (referred to as ‘KCCDMA’ or ‘the Association’) Resource page! The KCCD Management Association aims to support administrators, managers, and confidential staff within the Kern Community College District and its affiliated colleges, Bakersfield College, Cerro Coso Community College, and Porterville College. We do this by providing networking and professional development opportunities that ultimately enhance student success.
