FALL – Interest Based Bargaining

This session introduces participants to the collaborative approach of Interest-Based Bargaining, a problem-solving method that focuses on shared interests rather than fixed positions. While traditionally used in labor negotiations, IBB is also a powerful communication tool for navigating complex conversations, building consensus, and fostering trust in any professional environment.

Through this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify underlying interests, develop creative options, and work toward mutually beneficial solutions. Whether applied to bargaining tables, team discussions, or leadership decision-making, IBB offers strategies that promote understanding, strengthen relationships, and lead to more sustainable outcomes.

This Master Class will primarily focus on ChatGPT, demonstrating practical use cases ranging from everyday productivity to advanced applications like deep learning and custom GPTs. We’ll also introduce participants to other emerging AI tools such as Google Notebook LM, Suno, and more—highlighting how these technologies can enhance creativity, streamline work, and support innovation.

Whether you’re new to AI or ready to dive deeper, this session will provide valuable insights and hands-on examples to help you harness the power of AI in your own work.
