Management Leadership Institute

The Management Leadership Institute is a comprehensive professional development program designed to strengthen the skills and effectiveness of new or recently promoted managers and supervisors. Through interactive sessions and practical learning, participants will explore essential topics such as Leadership 101, leading a multi-generational workforce, effective communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, and conducting performance evaluations. This program emphasizes both the foundational principles of strong leadership and the practical strategies needed to navigate today’s complex workplace. By the end of the institute, participants will be better equipped to lead with confidence, foster positive team dynamics, and drive organizational success.

This is mandatory training for all supervisors and managers that have not already attended previous SLI or MLI sessions.
