These monthly webinars are designed to support the implementation of projects identified in the California Jobs First Regional Plans by sharing a diverse range of financing tools, strategies, and co-investment opportunities.

The 5-part series will run monthly through December 2025 and cover a range of topics including:

This next session in the Project Financing Series will explore how Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts can support high-impact economic development projects. Guest speakers Larry Kosmont and Joseph Dieguez of Kosmont Companies — a nationally recognized leader in economic development, public-private finance and real estate development projects involving government and private sector partnerships — will share insights from their work helping communities evaluate and implement TIF districts.
