The Kern CCD Help Desk is dedicated to providing clear, accessible support for all staff and students. If you need a resource that isn’t currently available on this site, please submit a Service Request or call us at 661-336-5197 or 1-877-382-3508.

 

For IT-related issues or to report a service outage, contact the Help Desk by phone or submit a Service Request. Our team will log your request and, if it cannot be resolved immediately, forward it to the appropriate IT staff for follow-up.
