In compliance with the federal Student Right-to-Know (SRTK) Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-542), it is the policy of the colleges in the Kern Community College District to publish student completion and transfer rates. These rates are based on a limited cohort (or group) of students which are tracked for a three-year period.
