KCCD is continuing to monitor the recent nationwide Canvas service incident and related guidance from statewide technology and security partners. As part of this process, access to Canvas has been temporarily limited. Students and employees attempting to access Canvas may receive a “Page Not Found” or other login/access message. This is expected while these temporary measures remain in place. We understand this disruption may be frustrating, especially at this point in the semester, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue evaluating next steps. Please continue to monitor this page for updates and additional information. As a reminder:

As a precaution, students and employees should be aware that cybercriminals sometimes take advantage of service disruptions by creating fake login pages or phishing emails designed to collect sensitive information. KCCD and Canvas will never ask for your Social Security Number, date of birth, or other sensitive information to restore access to Canvas. Please use caution when clicking links or responding to unsolicited emails related to Canvas access. |
