Lean Six Sigma Training

The value of Lean Six Sigma Training for You and You Company:

  • Six Sigma reduces costs and increases productivity.
  • Lean Six Sigma has proven to be one of the most successful process improvement methodologies of all times.
  • More than 50 percent of all Fortune 500 companies and 40 percent of all hospitals report some level of Lean Six Sigma deployment.

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a two staged business approach to continual improvement
which focuses on reducing waste and product variation from manufacturing,
service or design processes. Lean refers to maximizing customer value and
minimizing waste; creating more value for customers with less wasted resources.
Six Sigma is the on-going effort to continually reduce process and product
variation through a defined project approach.
Combined, the two approaches drive continual improvement, building
a philosophy that is the foundation of all effective management systems
and any business that wants to grow and progress for the future.

What are the benefits of Lean Six Sigma?

The on-going principles Lean Six Sigma will instil into your organization can result
in numerous benefits both internally and externally, including:
• Increased customer and employee satisfaction
• Reduced costs
• Retained business
• Enhanced reputation
• Increased competitive advantage
• Improved staff morale

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:

Our training is designed with practical, real-world facility and industrial applications in mind. It is unbiased, unaffiliated and non-commercial so you are assured of a real education and not a product sales pitch. It focuses less on theory and more on the actual steps students need to properly maintain equipment or fix specific problems at their own plant or facility. Doing this in just a few days while reinforcing worker safety is a serious challenge. That's why our instructors have the freedom to tweak each session to the specific needs of the students in each class. Our instructors will simplify the subject matter for the novice or go in-depth to answer an engineer's toughest question.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTORS:

All instructors are required to have a formal education and real world work experience. They need to be leaders in their field. We don't hire field people without teaching experience, and we don't hire teachers without field experience. They must have both.

TRAINING AT YOUR FACILITY:

We can bring this or any of our other courses directly to your facility for training.
