How to Copy the Link to a Document or Email
Steps to Copy the Link to a Document or Email:
1.
Right-click
on the name of the link you wish to copy (

).
2.
From the pop-up menu, select
Copy Shortcut

).
3.
Position your cursor in the document or email where you wish to insert the link you just copied.
4.
From the
Edit menu
, select
Paste
(or press the Ctrl+V keys).
5.
Your document or email should now show the link similar to this example:
